THURSDAY 10TH OCTOBER
Today was our final full day at PGL and we had a BLAST. First, we tackled the ‘Giant Swing’. Next, we took on the Trapeze; it tested our courage. Trapeze was a tall pole that we had to climb up and then take a leap of faith. It doesn’t end there. After that, we went out into the woods to build shelters and learn how to make a fire. However, we saved the best till last- THE DISCO. We dressed up, showed our cool moves and even made some new friends. PGL has been brilliant. We can’t wait to see our loved ones tomorrow. We love you!
WEDNESDAY 9TH OCTOBER
Another and another adventure! We loved going on the zipline. Also, we tried our hands at dragon boating and fencing. Did you know that the sword used in fencing is called a foil? During our sensory trail activity, we got really messy. Guess what…We all will be bringing you back a present- our muddy clothes. Finally, to round off the day, we played archery tag. It was great. We love you!
TUESDAY 8TH OCTOBER
We have had a blast and it is only day two! Today, we had a lovely breakfast and started off our day with abseiling, archery and problem solving. Next, we have vertical challenge and a low ropes course. Don't miss us too much because we are having the time of our lives.
MONDAY 7TH OCTOBER
EVENING 1: On our first evening at PGL, we enjoyed a campfire with lots of singing and fun games.
DAY 1: children have arrived safely on the Isle of Wight. Everyone had a good journey and we enjoyed settling into our accommodation. After a delicious dinner, the children enjoyed an evening activity.
