Trip to Houses of Parliament

Year 5 and School Councillors went on a trip to the Houses of Parliament last week to learn about democracy and the law in the UK.

Children were taken on a tour of the Houses of Parliament. They also took part in a People’s Parliament workshop, exploring how rights and representation have been achieved through people’s actions.
