Opal Play

Every lunchtime and playtime we invest in a wide range of activities to ensure every child has an amazing and active break. Children learn abour responsibility and teamwork in regular worships, which teach them how to enjoy the activites safely and to show respect for the resources.

Thanks to the Friend’s of St Mary’s who fundraised by planning and running our Christmas Fayre, raising thousands of pounds for the School, some of which has been spent on new Opal Play resources to continue to enrich the children’s playtimes. We are currently requesting donations of Lego and Duplo.

New Sandpit and Woodchip area!

The children have been so excited by this new addition to our playground. As part of their Opal Play experience at every playtime, there will be a rich variety of opportunities to dig, build, sieve and explore! Thanks to our Friends of St Mary's fundraising group, their hard work in organising events such as our Christmas Fayre have enabled us to create this new space.
