Remote Education (off site learning) will only ever be used as a last resort in the following circumstances: school emergency closures; restrictions on attendance; where school access for pupils is restricted; individual cases where a pupil is unable to attend school but is able to learn. In indivudual cases, remote learning will typically be provided through paper based exercies, supplemented by online learning resources. If Remote Education is required for larger groups of pupils, online learning will be delivered through a combination of virtual meeting platforms and paper based home learning packs and books.
