Parent nutrition workshop

Sian Martin, a Mindfulness Teacher, Professional Coach and Registered Dietitian led this well-attended workshop which was held in our Community Hub. The workshop promoted healthy eating and cooking as well as some great money-saving ideas. The feedback from parents was really positive: “I will be making some big changes at home to get more nutrients in my recipes. I have learned some clever shopping tips to save time and money.”
