If your child was born between 1 September 2020 and 31 August 2021 you can make an application for your child to begin school during the school year 2025/2026. Further details can be found on Lewisham Council website.
You will be able to make an application on:

The deadline for applying for a primary school place to start in September 2024 is 15 January 2025.
Offer day is in April 2025 and the deadline for appeals will be 20 school days later in May 2025. Appeals will be heard in June/July 2025.

Children may attend for 15 hours with the option of ‘top up’ so children can attend a full school day. This can either be through the 30 hours free childcare offer (please see below) or you have the option to pay for the top up (contact the school for payment options).

Reception Class Induction Meeting
There was a great turnout for the Reception class meeting led by Mrs Graham and supported by other members of the staffing team and the Chair of Governors Julia Pring. There is so much information to share about St Mary's and it was a good opportunity to meet with new parents and those families who we already know. Caterlink provided a taster breakfast which was an opportunity to sample some of the delicious food provided by our kitchen staff. We look forward to welcoming all of our new families into the community of St Mary's. |
