Science: Gears, Levers and Pulleys

This half term, we have been learning all about forces. Within this topic, we have learnt about simple machines which makes it easier for us to complete tasks. We carried out an experiment to test how much force was needed to lift a load when we moved the turning point on a lever and we even designed our own machines using the mechanisms that we learnt about. Some of us even managed to use an inclined plane and screw!
