In Science we learned all about the four different types of teeth that we have, and we had lots of fun using mirrors to try and find them in our mouths.
In Year 4 we enjoyed looking for patterns to try and solve a tricky problem using our addition skills.
We kept trying and didn't give up until we found a solution! We visited the Maritime Museum to learn all about Polar Explorers as part of our learning in History.
The children worked as a team to plan an expedition to the North Pole. We went into the museum galleries to research what food we could eat, clothes we could wear, how we could make a shelter, travel and keep ourselves entertained! We had a great time, behaved briliantly and learned a lot. In Religious Education (R.E.) this term, we have been learning about Jesus' two greatest commandments. We learnt that the two commandments are: Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul and mind. Love your neighbour just as you love yourself. We wrote our own love prayers. We hope you enjoy reading them. On Wednesday 9th February, Year 4 went on an exciting, informative and fun boat trip on the river Thames. We began our journey at Ladywell Station- taking the train to Waterloo East.
